MAADS continues to push architectural boundaries through adaptive reuse and bioclimatic design. Its latest creation, WaterTower – Sky Suite & Pool, converts a decommissioned steel

water tower into an elevated pool suite overlooking the Mekong River, inside the Treellion Park.

The project reflects MAADS’ commitment to sustainability—minimal intervention, local artistry, and inventive reimagining of existing structures. Future concepts include modular hospitality units using repurposed containers and solar-powered cooling technologies.

Sustainability shapes both MAADS’ landscapes and its architecture. Across Treellion Park, Aquation Office Park, and DIB Club, the brand has planted more than one thousand trees and plants over six hectares, forming green corridors that cool the urban environment and nurture biodiversity. WaterTower – Sky Suite & Pool continues this approach vertically.
