On Wednesday, September 13, 2023, the French Institute hosted the annual embassy briefing, a major event organized by the CCIFC for its members, providing an overview of the economic and political landscape of Cambodia.

The attendees gathered at 8 a.m., accompanied by a warm coffee offered by Malongo, before attending the briefing until 9:45 a.m. The session was facilitated by Soreasmey Ke Bin, President of CCIFC, Jacques Pellet, the French Ambassador to Cambodia, and Emmanuel Ly-Batallan, Head of the Economic Department at the embassy.

This morning session provided an opportunity for our members to assess the progress of various projects, events, and trends shaping the economic and political climate of the Kingdom of Cambodia, as well as the medium-term prospects.

Furthermore, this morning allowed our guests to reconnect and exchange after the summer break.
