As part of European Week, we had the opportunity to visit Ampov Distillery, an artisanal distillery showcasing the richness of Cambodian produce through exceptional spirits.

Many thanks to the Ampov team for their warm welcome and fascinating explanations of the manufacturing process, ethical production choices and the history of this fine entrepreneurial adventure.
