A look back at the Embassy Brief organized by the CCI France Cambodge at 8:30 am on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at the Institut Français du Cambodge (IFC).
After a short presentation by Mr. Cyril Girot, President of the CCIFC, Mr. Jacques Pellet, French Ambassador to Cambodia, discussed key topics, including the Francophonie Summit to be held in Cambodia in 2026 and the renovation and expansion of the Phnom Penh National Museum. Mr. Emmanuel Ly-Batallan, Head of the Economic Department, then spoke about opportunities in the transport and logistics sectors, the creation of a Franco-Cambodian hospital, and the current state of tourism in Cambodia.
This briefing offered a glimpse into the potential of Franco-Cambodian relations, along with an overview of the related economic prospects.
