colorblind STUDIO is committed to strengthening local value creation. While Cambodia has been producing for export for decades and continues to import most of its corporate uniforms, our mission is to reverse this dynamic by developing a domestic uniform industry rooted in local craftsmanship.

We believe that quality design and manufacturing can and should be carried out in Cambodia, generating sustainable economic and social value within the country.

Founded in 2011 following its debut at Cambodia Fashion Week, colorblind first established itself as a pioneering contemporary tailoring brand in Phnom Penh, introducing modern suit culture and premium craftsmanship to a new generation of clients.

From 2011 to 2018, the company focused primarily on bespoke tailoring for individuals, while occasionally collaborating with businesses on uniform projects.
Starting in 2019, colorblind expanded its activities through the development of accessories and larger-scale collections, notably during the COVID-19 pandemic, producing protective masks and equipment for numerous companies.
This period revealed the brand’s industrial capacity and B2B potential.

After the COVID period and up until 2023, colorblind renewed its presence in the retail sector with a new boutique and several major events, including a retrospective, “10 Years of Elegance in Phnom Penh,” at the French Institute and a runway show at the French Embassy.
However, the Cambodian market for luxury and high-end ready-to-wear remains too limited to support sustainable growth.
Meanwhile, demand from companies for premium uniforms continued to rise.
This evolution led to the natural transformation of the brand into colorblind STUDIO, a creative and production studio dedicated to corporate fashion and brand identity.

A market study conducted at the end of 2023 confirmed that most major Cambodian companies in finance, retail, service, and industry still source uniforms from Thailand, Vietnam, or China, even though Cambodia benefits from a skilled workforce and modern production infrastructure.
From this observation came our mission: to connect local production capacity with local demand, ensuring that the value created remains within Cambodia.

colorblind STUDIO combines design expertise with manufacturing excellence to offer companies distinctive, durable, and elegant uniforms that enhance both their brand identity and the domestic market.

Today, colorblind STUDIO designs and produces uniforms notably for Cambodia Airports, OCIC, and RMA.
